Religious Trauma Support Group
Every Tuesday, Starting October 20, 2026 through January 5, 2027 | 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Religious and spiritual experiences can shape us in complicated ways. Sometimes faith communities leave us with questions, grief, shame, anger, or other things we haven't quiet known what to do with. This new peer support group is a place to explore some of those experiences together.
Co-facilitated by Jenny and Andie and sponsored by Haven, the group will offer a space to share experiences, listen to one another, and find support in community. People of any faith or no faith are welcome, whether or not you have a connection to Haven.
You don't need to call what you've experienced "trauma," and you don't need to have your beliefs, faith, or relationship with spirituality figured out. Sharing is always optional. There's no expectation that you'll convert to Christianity, join Haven, or follow any particular path.
The group will meet weekly on Zoom beginning October 20 and going to January 5, continuing once a week through the end of the year. Meeting details will be shared with registered participants. Drop-ins welcome!
If you know anyone who might find this kind of space helpful, please feel free to share this invitation with them. You don't need to be part of Haven to participate.
