Interfaith Pilgrimage for Palestine

On May 9, faith communities across the Bay Area will be joining together for an all-day pilgrimage through Oakland, calling for an end to military cargo shipments and supporting Oakland People's Arms Embargo.  Together, participants will walk, pray, and stand for a different future, one that resists harm and invests in life.

The pilgrimage will cover 12 miles across Oakland and Alameda, but you're welcome to join for whatever portion feels right.  The day is broken into five legs ranging from 1-4 miles, so you can participate in a way that's sustainable for you, whether that's one segment or the full journey.

Leah is helping coordinate the music woven throughout the day, and if you'd like to learn more, get connected, or find others from Haven to join with, feel free to reach out to her directly.

You can also find more details and sign up using this link.

This is an invitation to embody what we believe, to walk it out together, and to take part in a collective call for peace.
