Through local nonprofit Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity, Leah is now partnering with other faith leaders and volunteers throughout the Bay Area to help facilitate court vigils at the ICE facility in San Francisco.  These vigils are intended to create a sacred space of hope, connection, and community outside the courtroom doors for those awaiting their immigration hearings.  Activities include offering presence and spiritual solidarity, refreshment hospitality, prayer, art, music, and generally providing sacred witness.
