Haven will once again be showing up with joy and purpose at Oakland Pride on Sunday, September 7, participating both in the parade and hosting a community booth throughout the day.   This is one of our biggest opportunities of the year to live out Haven's values of welcome, justice, and celebration in public, and we can't do it without you!

📝 Volunteer sign-ups are LIVE, and signing up to volunteer is one of the most tangible ways to embody the spirit that everyone at Haven strives to achieve.  Whether you're walking in the parade, greeting people at the booth, or helping with set-up and clean-up, your presence helps extend Haven's message of inclusion and connection beyond our Sunday walls.  Every role is about showing up for the people and causes we care about, and together we make our presence stronger.

📅 PLEASE NOTE: As mentioned above, because Pride falls on the first Sunday in September, we’re moving our usual 1st Sunday service to the prior Sunday, August 31 (Labor Day weekend).  (That's in two days!)  That way, we’re free to fully participate in the Pride festivities without missing a beat.
